Digital Cards are delivered via email. Once payment is authorised, they will be instantly despatched. However, if there is a query with payment, it may take up to 48 hours for it to be delivered.
Digital Cards will be sent to the recipient's email address specified in the order. Digital Card emails may occasionally be delivered to a junk or trash inbox, so recipients should check this.
We will post all orders within five working days of receipt of payment. However, we will likely send out orders received by noon on the same day. Orders received after noon will be sent the following working day. Orders placed after noon on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday (except when Monday is a Bank Holiday).

For Royal Mail 1st Class Post, please allow up to five working days for delivery.
For Royal Mail Special Delivery, please allow up to two working days for delivery.
Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on the service Royal Mail or courier provides.
Please allow more time at busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas.
Each purchase is accepted to one delivery address. If you wish to purchase cards to be delivered to multiple addresses, you will need to shop again.
For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you use a signed-for service, e.g., Royal Mail Special Delivery, for orders over £100.
